Fluent in both Arabic & English languages with good writing skills.
Graphic design: experienced in working on Photoshop & Illustrator.
Excellent organizational skills
Assist in creating and implementing the marketing plan for the hotel.
Work closely primarily with Rooms and Food & beverage teams as well as other departments for efficient creation and roll out of marketing plans.
Establish a calendar of activities (Annual & monthly) in coordination with the relevant hotel departments.
Create artworks based on marketing plans and create the designs of printed and digital materials required for different hotel departments and as directed by hotel management.
Manage day to day activities of the hotel main social media channels, develop these channels and ensure strong hotel presence in these channels.
Build relationship with key media contacts in the market.
Manage all advertising jobs required, also, create and publish press releases on different hotel activities on a regular basis.
Build relationship with different local and expat communities and attend networking events.
Ensure brand standard is followed in all works.
To be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Support in managing hotel CSR activities along with the relevant hotel departments.
Manage hotel database.
Support brand initiatives and ensure campaigns are communicated effectively.
Identify potential opportunities & tools to market the hotel and its facilities.
